After his/ her order the consumer reserves the right to:
- Return/ Replace the order
- Cancel the order
- Activate the Withdrawal Option
The procedure, terms, requirements and shipping costs for each case are described and explained below.
1) RETURN/ REPLACEMENT POLICY
The consumer has the right to return in full or part of the order (excluding for reasons of hygiene underwear, swimwear, beach towels, socks etc.) for the following reasons:
- To ask for a replacement of the size of the purchased product ( under the condition that the requested size is in stock)
- To exchange it with a product of at least equal value.
The return must be made within 15 days since the delivery of the order. Please note that the delivery date is that stated in the delivery note of the Courier Service Company. In exchange for the returning product the consumer has the option to ask i) for the replacement of the purchased product with another one of at least equal value or ii) for a coupon of equal value with the purchased product redeemable in the future.
1.1 RETURN PROCEDURE
In order to return the order, the customer has to contact the “Company” within 15 days from the delivery of the order by phone: +30 26510 64634, Monday to Friday 10:00a.m-14:00p.m or by mail: [email protected]. Please note that it is important to contact the “Company” before proceeding to the return, otherwise the “Company” reserves the right to deny the return of the product(s) or to charge the customer with shipping costs according to the additional expenses that may arise.
All returned products are sent to the head office of the “Company”: Zigomalli 1, 45332 Ioannina, Greece, where it is conducted a quality check and within 7 days it is sent back to the customer a replacing product or a coupon of equal value redeemable in the future.
Moreover, bear in mind that the returned item(s) must be in their original state. In more detail, the product(s) have to:
- be unused,
- carry all the tags of the manufacturer,
- include the original box of the manufactured unused (e.g. for shoes, phone cases etc.)
- include the additional accessories (e.g. extra laces),
- be in perfect condition and in the original factory packaging (e.g. mobile cases, earphones etc.)
- be sent with the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), which is a basic requirement.
In case that all of the above requirements are fulfilled, the “Company” accepts the right of the customer to return his/ her order. In any other case, the “Company” has the right to deny the customer's right of returning the product. Moreover, the customer understands and agrees that the returning or refunding value of the product is always estimated according to its current value and not according to the price it was purchased. Additionally, if the item was purchased during a sales or offers period or on a discounted value for promotional reasons in a price that it is lower than the current one, then the returning value is calculated according to the discounted price.
1.2 SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS FROM GREECE
The returns for any product with a value above € 60 and the shipment of the replacing product are free of charge. Please note that ONLY THE FIRST SHIPMENT is free; every following shipment of the specific order will be charged. In case that the customer wants to return the order with a courier service of his/ her choice, he/ she is responsible for the shipping charges that may arise.
For any other case, the customer has to pay IN ADVANCE the shipping charges. In more detail, for any product with a value below € 60 that it is returned and the shipment of the replacing product or for any return of item(s) that have been exchanged before, the customer has to pay in full the shipping costs that may arise. Moreover, he/ she has the option to choose the courier service company of his/ her will.
In case the customer chooses the Geniki Taxydromiki courier company, https://www.denimlounge.gr/ offers to the customer the option of charging the shipping costs to the account of the “Company”. In that case, he/ she will be charged with shipping expenses of € 4 (€ 3 for returning the item and € 1 for the new shipment). Please note that before the shipment of the replacing product, the customer IS NECESSARY TO PAY to the “Company” the aforementioned amount of € 4. Otherwise the “Company” reserves the right to postpone or deny the new shipment.
1.3 SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS OUTSIDE OF GREECE
The customer must pay in full the shipping costs for the return of the product(s) that would be charged by the Courier Company. Otherwise, the “Company” reserves the right to refuse the return of the item(s). Moreover, if the customer asks for the replacement of an item with another product, he/ she would be charged for shipping expenses of € 15. The amount of € 15 must be paid in full by the customer, BEFORE the shipment of the item(s). Otherwise the “Company” reserves the right to postpone the new shipment or deny the replacement of the product. Please note that before proceeding to a return, the customer has to contact and inform the “Company” about it. Otherwise the “Company” reserves the right to deny the return of an order or to charge the customer with additional charges that may arise.
2) RETURN OF DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In any case that the online shop https://www.denimlounge.gr/ can be held evidently liable for selling product(s) that i) may be defective, ii) with a poor packaging, iii) or damaged during transport, the online shop https://www.denimlounge.gr/ is responsible for the replacement of the product(s) and for the shipping costs that will arise.
In case that the online store https://www.denimlounge.gr/ is not able to replace the defective product because it is out of stock, the “Company” will refund the total amount paid by the customer within 7 days, by depositing the amount to a bank account of him/ her.
Please note that the procedure, terms and requirements for returning defective item(s) is the same as that described above (see 1.1 RETURN PROCEDURE). In any case that the returned item(s) do not meet the required conditions; the “Company” has the right to deny replacing the product(s). Moreover, in case that the customer does not follow the aforementioned terms and procedure, the “Company” reserves the right to charge him/ her with additional shipping costs or deny receiving the defective product(s).
3) ORDER CANCELLATION – WITHDRAWAL OPTION
The customer has the right to cancel his/ her order only in the case that it is not delivered to the Courier Company by contacting https://www.denimlounge.gr/ by phone: +30 26510 64634; Monday to Saturday 10:00a.m - 14:00p.m and Tuesday - Thursday – Friday 18:00p.m - 20:30p.m or by mail: [email protected]. In the event of an order cancellation, the total amount possibly paid in advance by the customer (depending on the selected method of payment) will be refunded in full by the online store https://www.denimlounge.gr/, by depositing within 7 days the total amount to a bank account of the customer.
After receiving the product(s) ordered, the customer may activate the withdrawal option within 15 days since the delivery date of the item. The delivery date is that stated in the delivery note of the courier company.
The customer agrees and understands that i) he/ she must contact the “Company” before returning the order, ii) follow the indicated above terms and procedure and iii) the returned item(s) have to be in their original state and meet the required conditions (see 1.1 RETURN PROCEDURE). Otherwise, the “Company” reserves the right to deny the withdrawal option of the customer.
In any case that the customer may activate the withdrawal option, he/ she is responsible for the shipping expenses of returning the product(s). Moreover, the customer is responsible for covering any additional charges that may incur from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, and other local regulations for which the “Company” cannot be held liable. Otherwise, the “Company” reserves the right to deny the withdrawal option of the customer or to deduct the additional expenses that may incur from the total amount that will refunded to the customer.
In case that the customer activates the withdrawal option and all of the aforementioned terms and requirements are fulfilled (see 1.1 RETURN PROCEDURE), https://www.denimlounge.gr/ will refund the total value of the order within 7-10 days, by depositing the amount to a bank account of the customer.
Finally, the “Company” offers the option to customers living in Greece of charging the returning shipment charges to the account of the “Company” in Geniki Taxydromiki. In that case, the shipping charges of € 5 WILL BE DEDUCTED from the amount refunded to the customer.
